Saffron & Honey’s Cookie Box: The Third Culture Kat Edit

It’s been (over) a year in the making but we’re pleased to announce the Third Culture Kat edit of the Saffron & Honey Cookie Box is finally here! Inspired by the three TCK condiments, each box features one of each of the following flavours:

  1. Kashmiri Chilli Caramel: rich cocoa cookie filled with dark chocolate shards and a Kashmiri chilli salted caramel. Chilli powder has been sourced directly from small farms in Azad Kashmir.

  2. Tamarind Peanut Brittle: tamarind cookie dough dotted with salted roasted peanuts, chunks of peanut brittle, and caramelised white chocolate. Features Valrhona 32% blond chocolate.

  3. Mango Cumin White Chocolate: white chocolate chip cookie with pieces of dried mango, toasted cumin seeds, and a mango curd centre. The mango curd is made with Chaunsa mango sourced directly from Saliha’s family farms in Multan, Pakistan.

  4. And a Saffron & Honey classic Burnt Butter Halva Walnut: burnt butter cookie dough packed with dark chocolate chunks, toasted walnuts, and pools of halva. 

Perfect for gifting, or just to treat yourself. Limited batches of the cookie boxes will be available for nationwide delivery, on a fortnightly basis. Orders close each week at midday on a Wednesday, for dispatch on Thursday and an aim for next day delivery. Boxes can also be collected from North Kensington.

We recommend eating our cookies as soon as they land on your doorstep, but they can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days from dispatch date. If you’d rather enjoy the cookies later; you can freeze them on receipt, and just give them a couple hours to defrost at room temperature. Then warm at 150°C for that just baked texture.
